Obtaining the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice SA fulfils the educational requirement to start working as a real estate salesperson, property manager, auctioneer, or agency administrator in South Australia. This course will allow you to obtain the necessary registration and competency to work in these real estate roles.

There are no formal entry requirements for the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice South Australia course.

However, you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment before starting the course.

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

You will obtain a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and a Statement of Attainment. This will allow you to apply for three licenses: Property Manager, Sales Representative and Auctioneer. This will require you to study the following 28 units.

A copy of this document will be required as part of the application for a South Australian Real Estate Representative Registration with Consumer and Business Services (CBS). How are assessments graded in the course?

Assessment tasks for all our courses are competency-based — there are no marks or grades involved. There are only two outcomes for assessment: competent or not yet competent.

Students who are deemed competent will successfully complete the unit, while those who are not yet competent will be able to reattempt the assessment unit until they meet the requirements for competency.
