To run your own real estate agency in South Australia, you must be a registered Land Agent. The Land Agent SA qualification also opens the door to senior roles such as Principal Agent, Agency Director, Licensee in Charge, and Agency Manager across residential, commercial, and rural real estate.

Entry Education’s Land Agent course includes 36 units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV and CPP51122 Diploma, as prescribed by Consumer and Business Services SA. If you hold a valid Property Manager or Sales Representative Registration, you may be eligible to complete fewer units – refer to the Consumer and Business Services SA document to confirm your eligibility.

Successful completion of the Land Agent course – SA qualifies you to apply for a Land Agent Licence from Consumer and Business Services in South Australia.

As a Land Agent in SA, you’ll be able to work in sales property management, marketing and more. If you’re serious about making it as a real estate agent, this is the course for you.

There are no educational requirements for the Land Agent course in South Australia.

Prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

Reliable internet and access to a desktop or laptop computer is required to complete your course.

Standard Service – Standard service is provided with all Entry Education courses at no charge

  • Online support: Unlimited online course support that is accessed via the portal, responses will generally be received within one business day of submission
  • Certificate: Certificates can take up to 5 business to issue following the successful completion of the course

Premium Service

  • A welcome call from our support team within 24 business hours from enrolment.
  • Access to a dedicated support phone line. This number is for your use only and not to be shared with other students. Our system will flag any numbers calling that have not purchased the Premium Service Package.
  • Submitted assessments will be marked within 5 business days. A feedback call will be received if only minor amendments are required.
  • Receive your certificate within 2 business days following the successful completion of the course.

Note: This service is available for the first 6 months of your course.

Entry Education will issue all students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results as we’re a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529).

Students will receive a soft copy (PDF) of their qualification once successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.

To qualify as a Land Agent in South Australia, you must provide a statement of attainment. This is issued to you by Entry Education (RTO 41529) after you successfully complete your course.

Once you have your statement of attainment from Entry Education, you can apply for a Land Agent Licence from Consumer and Business Services in South Australia. This will enable you to work as a real estate agent and open your own agency.
