Formerly known as the Agents Representative Certificate
If you want to work in the real estate industry, you’ll need to complete the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (CPP41419). This is the new educational requirement, prescribed by the Business Licensing Authority, to work as an agent’s representative.
As an agent’s representative, you can work in sales, leasing and property management as well as admin and reception. However, you will not be able to open your own real estate agency with this qualification.
There are 18 units in the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (CPP41419) course. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) options are available (at an extra cost) for those currently working in the industry.

Students will receive soft copies (PDFs) of their certificate within 48 hours of completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.
