Completion of the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) with Entry Education will allow you to work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’, ‘Agency Director’, ‘Licensee in Charge’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in Victoria. You’ll even be qualified to run your own real estate agency. This course is the educational requirement when applying to the BLA for an estate agent licence. To have your qualification recognised by the Business Licensing Authority, you may need to meet other educational requirements, for example completion of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is an educational requirement when applying to the BLA for an Estate Agent Licence. You may need to meet other educational requirements, for example completion of CPP41419 Certificate IV in real estate practice.

Are there any formal entry requirements for this course?

There are no entry requirements for you to begin this course, however, to be recognised by your licensing state body and within the real estate industry you will need to have completed the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria and met any additional licensing requirements.

However, prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment, as well as complete an Enrolment Form (this includes providing ID and visa documentation if applicable).

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

Who will issue my certificate of attainment?

Entry Education will issue all students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results as we’re a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529).

Students will receive a soft copy (PDF) of their qualification once successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.
