CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) – WA

The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) WA is the new diploma course that qualifies you to apply for a triennial certificate in Western Australia (real estate licence WA). It will also allow you to work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’, ‘Agency Director’, ‘Licensee in Charge’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in real estate and property agencies across Western Australia. The triennial certificate is also the licence requirement to open your own real estate or property service agency. If you haven’t yet completed the full qualification, you’ll need to incorporate some of the units from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. This course is composed of 12 online units plus the bridging units if you don’t already hold full CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.

How long does CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) course take?

When considering getting your real estate licence in WA through the completion of this course, it should be said that there are no due dates for this completion. If you want to receive your real estate licence WA, the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) course will allow you to make it a reality; it’s currently an educational requirement in Western Australia.

Are there any registration requirements for Perth students?

There are no registration requirements for to begin the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) WA course. However, it is helpful if you’ve already got experience working in either sales or property management.

Prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

Who will issue my qualification?

Entry Education will issue all Perth students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results as we’re a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529).

Students will receive a soft copy (PDF) of their qualification once successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.

What are the qualification requirements?

To qualify as a licensed real estate agent in WA, you must provide a statement of attainment. This is issued to you by Entry Education (RTO 41529) after you successfully complete your course.

Once you have your statement of attainment from Entry Education, you can apply for a real estate licence from the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS), which is the real estate industry regulator in WA. This will enable you to work as a real estate agent and open your own agency.
