Why do I need to complete this course?

The Restricted Property Management Registration Perth course is the entry-level qualification required to work in property management in Western Australia. With this qualification, you’ll be able to work in a number of residential and commercial property management roles in the real estate industry.

If you’re interested in property management, which involves appraising and marketing properties for lease, establishing relationships with landlords and managing tenant relationships, then this is the course for you. If you’re good at your job, you’ll be in demand.

Property management is a great career if you enjoy working with people and assisting them in making life-changing decisions about where they’re going to live in Perth. You’ll prepare tenancy agreements, liaise with tradespeople, and conduct property inspections.

Does this course have formal entry requirements?

Prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment, as well as complete an Enrolment Form (this includes providing ID and visa documentation if applicable).

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

Who issues my certificate or statements of attainment?

Students will receive a soft copy (PDF) of their qualification once successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.

What will this qualification do?

Your certificate of attainment will enable you to apply for registration with the West Australian Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) for a Restricted Property Management Certificate. This property management qualification opens up a number of residential and commercial property management career opportunities, and is an important base for further real estate practice training, for example to become a licensed real estate agent.

Note you must apply for your registration with DEMIRS within 12 months of successfully competing your course with Entry Education.

Why should I complete this course?

Completion of the Restricted Property Management Certificate in Perth will qualify you to work in property management in Western Australia, either residential or commercial.

You won’t be able to sell houses with this qualification as you don’t qualify to be a licensed real estate agent.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently completed both my Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Diploma of Property (Agency Management) with Entry Education, and I had a very positive experience.
The courses were well structured, easy to follow and relevant to the real estate industry. The trainers and support team were always helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made completing both qualifications much easier while working at the same time.
I would definitely recommend Entry Education to anyone looking to complete their real estate qualifications. Very happy with the overall experience and support from start to finish.

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Upon reaching out to Entry Education and initially speaking to Deacon I felt assured that he knew exactly what he was talking about. I subsequently enrolled for my Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. The RPL process and subsequent learning modules were seamless and the support brilliant. Michelle Raymond was faultless. I have no hesitation in recommending both Entry Education and Michelle.
