Designed for existing and emerging leaders such as team leaders, supervisors and managers, this nationally recognised qualification provides participants with practical leadership and management skills across a range of business environments. The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management course will equip you with the confidence and skills to make informed decisions, manage teams more effectively and manage and implement strategic business outcomes through operational planning.
Completion of this course will vary depending on your current skills and knowledge, and the time you have to dedicate to learning.
If you have undertaken previous studies related to leadership and management, we can assist with a range of study options, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), which can reduce the required study time.

There are no formal entry requirements to enrol in this course.
Prior to commencing the course, you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one, you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.
The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification can prepare you for a transition from an associate or executive role to a leadership position, such as a business manager, sales team manager, or human resources manager.
The learnings in this course are also suitable for those already in management positions who want to upskill their leadership and management capabilities to handle more complex situations or larger teams.

Entry Education is an accredited provider of nationally recognised training – RTO 41529. Entry Education is approved to deliver BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
All certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results will be issued by Entry Education (RTO 41529) upon completion of the required study units.
Students will receive a soft copy (PDF) of their qualification once successfully completing the course. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.
