What is the Entry Mentoring program?

You are required to be mentored for two years to satisfy your aggregator compliance. The role of the mentor is to support you from the transition from education to industry, and to provide valuable knowledge and experience to progress your broking career. Done properly with structured coaching, real deals reviewed and a mentor who is invested in your growth.

The Entry Mentoring program is an eight-week workshop program which covers 12 modules. These modules are a ‘hands on’ approach to becoming a broker.

For the twenty-four months, you will have access to a mentor who will support you from the transition from education to industry, and to provide valuable knowledge and experience to progress your broking career.

Who is our Entry Mentor?

Introducing Stephanie Carello, founder of Lune Finance, and approved FBAA Mentor. Steph has spent the last nine years working in lending at one of Australia’s top mortgage brokerages. With her experience and passion, Steph will help and guide you to develop a range of skills and knowledge in credit and lending, compliance and risk, business planning and referrals and best practice systems and processes.

How does it work?

At the completion of your FNS40821 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma, you’ll be onboarded onto the course via one of our experienced mentors. We will lock in a start date, provide the initial learning content for module one and prepare you for the eight-week program.
