Real Estate Course in Victoria
As an agent’s representative, you can work under the guidance of a licensed real estate agent.
You won’t be able to operate your own real estate agency as an agent’s representative, but you can work in sales, leasing, property management and more.
There are three units of competency in this real estate course and if you’re short on time don’t worry because we have great after-hours student support.
Before you enrol:
To complete an Entry Education online course you need reliable internet and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
You’ll have access to our online portal with a direct message system that’s available to all students.
We encourage you to work through your real estate course at your own pace. There are no due dates, no pressure and minimal stress. All you have to focus on is your completion date.
If you’re working and studying at the same time, we’re here to support you. Our after-hours student support means you’ll have access to a tutor when you need it most.
Changes to the Agent’s Representative course
From 30 September 2021, the Agent’s Representative course will close to enrolments and a new course will replace it.
The new course, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419), will be the government requirement. It’s composed of 18 units with 24 months to successfully complete it.
The new real estate course will enable you to work for any licensed real estate agency across Victoria.
