Government-subsidised real estate and mortgage broking courses for those in Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

Entry Education is offering real estate and mortgage broker traineeship ACT courses with significant subsidies from the Australian Capital Territory Government. Whether you’re located in Canberra or elsewhere in ACT, there has never been a better time to kickstart the next step in your career with a government funded traineeship!
Entry Education are pleased to offer a number of real estate and mortgage broking courses to students for subsidised costs through these traineeships. Our Training Initiative Funding Agreement means that you can enter into a traineeship course that will qualify you for a brilliant career in real estate, finance and mortgage broking.
This ACT traineeship offer extends to the following courses:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) (Previously known as ACT Real estate Licensing course) OR
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) OR
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322)
To qualify for a real estate or mortgage broker traineeship ACT, you must:
- study with a Registered Training Organisation such as Entry Education (RTO 41529)
- register in an Australian apprenticeship / traineeship. Entry Education can guide you through this process
The real estate or mortgage broker traineeship ACT course will typically run for approximately 12 months within a combination of on and off the job training and face-to-face or virtual contact with your trainer.
