The South Australian Government Funded Activities Agreement program provides government subsidised training courses in real estate.

Maximum participant course fees for eligible learners is:

  • CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice – $350

The UAN process includes three distinct assessments that are of equal importance.
Prior to establishing a training account for the learner, Entry Education will assess the:

  • suitability between the learner and the qualification chosen
  • pre-enrolment preparation for any learning and personal support needs
  • learner’s literacy, numeracy and digital capabilities – this is not a test!

To assess each of these areas, Entry Education will require you to complete:

1. A pre-enrolment interview with the course manager.
This will be scheduled to take place online via Teams or in person. The Interview is a great way for us to get to know you as a learner and identify any learning or personal needs you may have. Our Course Manager will also use this time to provide you with more specific information around your chosen qualification, as well as the literacy and numeracy skills assessment process.

2. An enrolment form
This form is completed by you within our student portal. It is used to record information around your previous education, citizenship status and disability status. You will also be required to sign a Participant Agreement Form for subsidised training.

3. A literacy and numeracy skills assessment
This is completed online (supervised) using the Snapshot Reading and Numeracy Indicator (SRNI) tool to assess your reading and writing capabilities. This helps us to determine if any further support is required.

If an ACSF exit level 2 is achieved, no further testing will be required. If the SRNI tool shows skills lower then level 2, a further assessment will be undertaken using the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) tool. This is a more in-depth assessment of skills.

This process is used simply to ensure that we can provide you with the support required (if any) to assist you throughout your study journey with us. If you are at all worried about this process, you can chat with our Course Manager during the pre-enrolment interview and/or complete a practice assessment here.

Traineeships are work-study arrangements that combine practical experience with formal training through a registered training organisation such as Entry Education (RTO 41529).

  • usually require between one and two years to complete
  • requires a valid training contract between the trainee and the employer
  • provide skills and experience that are highly valued by prospective employers.
