Government-funded real estate and mortgage broking courses
Are you looking for a government-subsidised mortgage broking or real estate traineeship?
We have great news for South Australians who are thinking about a career in real estate or mortgage broking.
Entry Education has a contract with the South Australian Government to provide subsidised mortgage broking and real estate traineeships. The following courses are available at a greatly reduced cost:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) *Note this offer includes eight additional complementary study units that qualify you for both Property Manager Registration (PMR) and Sales Representative Registration.
The coursework for any real estate traineeship described here must be provided by a Registered Training Organisation, such as Entry Education (RTO 41529).
You’ll be required to successfully complete core and elective units that are related to the sector you plan to work in.
To qualify for your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419), you’ll need to complete 18 study units in total. The additional eight study units provided with this real estate traineeship will provide the units required to register as a property manager in South Australia.
To qualify for a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) you need to complete 12 units of study.
The Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS50322) course requires the completion of 15 units, but if you’ve already obtained the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821), only seven additional study units are required.
