The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualifies you for work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’, ‘Agency Director’, ‘Licensee in Charge’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in NSW. You will also become qualified to run your own real estate agency upon completion of the course. This diploma course is often called the ‘Licensee in charge’ course. There are 12 units in the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management), and you can complete them online in your own time. If you have two years recent experience operating as a Class 2 Real Estate Agent, once you have completed the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management), you can then apply for a Class 1 Real Estate Licence with NSW Fair Trading.
