The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualifies you for work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’, ‘Agency Director’, ‘Licensee in Charge’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in NSW. You will also become qualified to run your own real estate agency upon completion of the course. This diploma course is often called the ‘Licensee in charge’ course. There are 12 units in the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management), and you can complete them online in your own time. If you have two years recent experience operating as a Class 2 Real Estate Agent, once you have completed the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management), you can then apply for a Class 1 Real Estate Licence with NSW Fair Trading.

The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is an educational requirement when applying to Fair Trading NSW for a Class 1 Real Estate Licence in NSW.

Though you can start this course at any time, you will be required to meet minimum industry experience and other requirements set out by Fair Trading NSW to become a Class 1 Licence holder.

There are no enrolment requirements for you to begin this property course.

Prior to commencing the course you will be required to complete an LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) assessment.

You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. If you do not currently have one you will be able to register at usi.gov.au.

The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is composed of 12 units. You must complete seven core units and five electives.
