The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51122 qualifies you for work in senior real estate roles, such as ‘Principal Agent’, ‘Agency Director’, ‘Licensee in Charge’ and ‘Agency Manager’ in NSW. This diploma is often called the ‘Licensee in charge’ course. There are 12 units in the diploma, and you can complete them online in your own time.
