Are face-to-face real estate courses better than online courses?
Face-to-face courses offer an opportunity for the student to learn in a more collaborative environment than online training. How long will the face-to-face real estate course take?
The length of the real estate workshop will depend on the chosen course. Some courses are completed as an intensive night course, while others need to spread over multiple classes as there are more units covered. How will I be assessed?
The format of the courses is online, and there will be a number of units to complete depending on the chosen course. For our face-to-face real estate workshops, you will have one dedicated facilitator to assessing your work. Regardless of which course you’ve chosen, you will have the required support to ensure your assessments are completed in the required timeframe.
In terms of assessment, there are no formal exams, it is all very user friendly. You will complete a combination of lending scenarios, written exercises, and online multiple-choice questions. You will need to upload documents, videos, and draft emails to clients.
