The Real Estate Auctioneer Licence course will provide you with the skills and qualification you need to conduct and complete real estate sales by auction.

After completing this course, you can apply to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading for an auctioneer licence, which will enable you to sell real estate properties by the auction process.

There are 10 units of competency in the course, and you’ll have one of the highest levels of student support available.

  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
  • CPPREP4125 Transact in trust account
  • CPPREP4161 Undertake pre-auction processes
  • CPPREP4162 Conduct and complete sale by auction
  • CPPREP4163 Complete post-auction processes and contract execution
  • CPPREP5006 Manage operational finances in the property industry

The Real Estate Auctioneer Licence course is the qualification that’s required to work as a property auctioneer in Queensland.

With this qualification, you can apply to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading for a Real Estate Auctioneer Licence. Once registered, you can conduct marketing campaigns and auctions, and complete post-auction processes.

You’ll be required to complete an LLN [Language Literacy and Numeracy] quiz before commencing the course.

You must also register for the Unique Student Identifier number. This can be done during the course registration process.

What support will I receive?

As a student, you have ongoing unlimited support throughout your course.

A direct message system in the Entry Education portal enables you to seek assistance from our tutors whenever you need it. This includes weekends and outside 9–5 office hours.

How is the course delivered and how long will l have to complete it?

The course is delivered online and you can work at your own pace in your own place.
The only commitment we need from you is that you’ll complete your course in six months.

What will this qualification do?

The Real Estate Auctioneer Licence course consists of 10 online units that you can complete in your own time, at your own pace. The only requirement is that you complete it within six months.
Your statement of attainment will qualify you to apply for your Real Estate Auctioneer Licence from the Queensland Office of Fair Training.
Once you have your auctioneer licence, you can work as an actioneer across the state of Queensland.

Who issues my certificate or statement of attainment?

Entry Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529) and we issue students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results.

Students receive soft copies (PDFs) of their certificate within 48 hours of successfully completing their course. This certificate is accepted by the government and all agencies. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee of $20.

What are the qualification requirements?

To qualify for your Real Estate Auctioneer Licence, you must provide a statement of attainment. This is issued to you by Entry Education (RTO 41529) after you successfully complete your course.

You can then apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your auctioneer licence.
