The Real Estate Auctioneer Licence course will provide you with the skills and qualification you need to conduct and complete real estate sales by auction, including complete pre and post auction processes.

This course is completed online, including learning materials. To complete your Real Estate Auctioneer Licence course in QLD, you need reliable internet and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
You’ll have internet access to our online learning portal with a direct message system that’s available to all students.

What makes a good auctioneer?
A good auctioneer is someone that generally has a passion for professional real estate practice and property, feels comfortable with public speaking (the more confident you are in your own voice, the better!), and is able to remain calm under pressure or stressful situations.
Most auctioneers will have a background in real estate, sales, property industry, or public speaking. However, that’s not to say that these are prerequisites for the real estate auctioneer licence in QLD. For others, they may be genuinely interested in the auction process, have good communication skills, and love the excitement that comes with conducting a complete auction sale.
What support will I receive while studying to become an auctioneer with Entry Education?
As a student, you have ongoing unlimited support throughout your course.
A direct message system in the Entry Education portal enables you to seek assistance from our tutors whenever you need it. This includes weekends and outside 9–5 office hours.
We provide the highest level of student support.
How is the course delivered and how long will l have to complete it?
From learning how to create marketing and communication profiles to how to interpret ethical practice: Our real estate auction courses are delivered online, and you can work at your own pace in your own place, our real estate auction courses are delivered online.
You can work at your own pace, and the only commitment is to complete within your own timeframe.
What will this qualification do?
The Real Estate Auctioneer Licence – QLD course consists of 10 online units that you can complete in your own time, at your own pace.
Your statement of attainment will qualify you to apply for your Real Estate Auctioneer Licence from the Queensland Office of Fair Training.
Once you have your auctioneer licence, you can work as an auctioneer across the state of Queensland. This means that you can legally sell property during an auction process including dwelling, community title lots, businesses, and vacant land in QLD. As a qualified auctioneer in QLD, you will be able to work alone, with others, or as an employee of an auctioneer or a real estate agency.
Who issues my certificate or statement of attainment?
Entry Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41529) and we issue students with their certificates, statements of attainment and transcripts of results.
Students receive soft copies (PDFs) of their certificate within 48 hours of successfully completing their course. This certificate is accepted by the government and all agencies. Hard copy certificates can be printed and posted to you for a fee.
You can then apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your Real Estate Auctioneer Licence.
