CPD course for assistant agents in NSW

What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continued Professional Development. Some activities support CPD, which includes anything that extends the agent’s real estate skills and knowledge of the industry. CPD is vital as it provides information on what produces a compliant and dependable real estate business and contributes to the overall support of the industry itself.

Each year, assistant agent CPD must be completed by March 22. Licences can be renewed before meeting the CPD requirements for assistant agents. However, for this to occur, the training needs to be completed within the designated period, and a record of course completion retained until the due date.
